Heartland supports our primary large diameter CNC Turning, CNC Milling, and CNC Grinding services with in house honing, thread rolling, sawing, phosphating and glass bead blasting functions. This assists our ability to make in house parts such as tight tolerance cylinder liners and compressor rods, while also providing preservative phosphating for many other types of parts including pistons. We also have an array of qualified sub contractors for non in house services which enables us to ship complete a number of complex parts.
